Strong housing market driving sales.
A much improved housing market this year has boosted customer confidence with sales since April being very brisk indeed.
At the beginning of April, Baird Allan had 16 new homes come on the market at the same time and now only two remain.
One is a substantial 4 bedroom steading conversion sitting on an acre plot at Avon Brook Steading in Falkirk.
