A non-returnable reservation fee of £1,000 will secure the property of your choice for 14 days by which time missives should be concluded. There is a further deposit of £1,000 to be paid upon conclusion of missives. These two amounts will be deducted from the purchase price and the balance payable at time of legal completion.
